Rebuilding the funnel for a Dubai real estate brokerage

Joined as the sole digital marketing hire and inherited a broken website and no automation. Rebuilt the site, ran Meta Ads property campaigns using the Andromeda framework with heavy creative diversification, and stood up full conversion tracking from scratch.

Lead quality became the real signal — multiple campaigns produced buyers who reached viewing stage, validating targeting and creative strategy independent of sales-side conversion.

Four years scaling enrollment for Delphi Star Training

Owned the full performance marketing lifecycle across Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok for a KHDA-accredited institute — budget allocation, audience strategy, retargeting, and reporting, end to end.

Built automated dashboards so the team could see performance in real time instead of waiting on weekly reports, and implemented full-funnel tracking with GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.

From civil engineering to performance marketing.

I started in civil engineering — and it's where I picked up the instinct to treat systems as systems, not guesswork. Marketing just turned out to be where I wanted to apply it.

Five years in Dubai across real estate and education taught me that the channel matters less than the discipline: track everything, test relentlessly, and automate whatever doesn't need a human making the same decision twice.

Right now I'm the sole digital marketing function at a Dubai real estate brokerage — which means I own paid media, web infrastructure, automation, and analytics end to end. I'm currently working toward the Meta Media Buying Professional Certification.
